Setting climate targets, achieving zero emissions, cooling the earth again
Our vision: Stopping the climate crisis and cooling the planet again.
The Energy Watch Group is a non-profit think tank. We contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions and the cooling of the earth’s atmosphere on a global, national and local level.
Together with our network, we develop suitable goals, effective solutions and pragmatic policy advice. We bring these to the dialog with decision-makers and the media.
We demand what is necessary and point out pragmatic solutions.

„We come from the necessary end result. The hot summer of 2023 at almost 1.5 degrees Celcius above historic levels shows us that nature does not negotiate. We are working on bridging the gap between these facts and action.”
Hans-Josef Fell, President
Co-author of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG)
